We do understand, however, that sometimes an item doesn't meet your expectations or we goof.. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Support Dept. at support@palmettopeturns.com or call us toll-free at 866-916-0860 in order to set up a refund . If we goofed, it must be reported it to us within 48 hours to ensure proper exchange. We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
All urns and jewelry must be returned with original packaging. If the packaging is visibly damaged when you receive you products, refuse delivery from the carrier and notify us immediately. Urns (not jewelry) returned within 14 days of your delivery date will be assessed a 10% restocking fee., within 15-30 days a 25% restocking fee. No return after 30 days. No credit can be issued if damage occurs as a result of improper return packaging/shipping. Item must be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation. Free Standard Ground Shipping Included Within the Continental United States. Our products ship from different locations and may arrive separately from different carriers. If you require shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please call or email for specific shipping details. Our products are usually shipped same day as ordered unless engraved.Engraved urns are a custom service please allow 4-6 weeks for your specially designed urn.
If an item is to be returned, we must be notified within 48 hours. Our cremation urns require a preapproval number for return. Our urn supplier's policy is to repair or replace damaged or defective merchandise as quickly as possible. All urns and jewelry must be returned with original packaging.
If the packaging is visibly damaged when you receive you products, refuse delivery from the carrier and notify us immediately. If the item was damaged due to shipping, keep the box and all packaging.
